We are more than happy to accommodate returns and exchanges on hair extensions that have not been opened, worn or tampered with. Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and DO NOT ALLOW opened items to be returned for the safety of all of our clients. Other hair extensions suppliers do not allow returns of opened items for the same reasons. All uninstalled.UNOPENED/UNUSED merchandise unless otherwise indicated may be returned within 14 calendar days (for US Continental orders) or within 30 calendar days (for International or US military installation orders) from the original invoice date for a refund or a store credit. All returned items MUST be in ORIGINAL PACKAGING, i.e. rubber band/ribbon intact, hair unprocessed, weft and hair length uncut etc. A restocking fee of 15% will apply. These terms apply to all refunds. Most products are shipped with a refund/store credit guarantee unless otherwise noted in the product listing. Customers must inform Nubian Crown Hair of any order discrepancy within 5 calendar days from the shipment delivery date so that we may investigate and resolve the situation accordingly.
All returns must include a copy of your invoice.
Please call us at 818-714-0670 to have a Return Merchandise Authorization. We will then provide you with our return address that is closest to you (California Georgia or Virginia) where the returned items will be inspected to see if youqualify for a return. Opened merchandise will not be refunded. If you qualify for a return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
If you are outside of the Continental U.S., please mark on your package “RETURN, NO DUTIES” or your package will be returned to you from Customs.
Cancelling an Order
You may request that an order be cancelled provided the order has not already been processed and shipped. Simply call 818-714-0670 during Nubian Crown Hair hours of operation to request an order cancellation. You will receive a credit for the full amount to your credit/debit card in approximately 1-3 business days. We do not take cancellation requests via email because it is unlikely we will receive the message in time to void the order due to the sheer volume of emails we receive each day.
Although we provide a 100% hassle free return policy, considering the nature of our business here at Nubian Crown Hair we would absolutely appreciate if you can make all your questions and concerns clear before placing your order.
Each purchase is unique and has extenuating circumstances. Please contact our customer service first to resolve any discrepancies. If for any reason you must return your hair purchase, we will not be responsible for any shipment fees or returned packages lost during the shipment. You must keep your original post office receipt with tracking number to claim the compensation. All returned packages must be insured. Customers are responsible for the shipping charges.
